No returns will be accepted without first contacting Everyday Is Halloween and receiving a return authorization number. Returns will be considered if the merchandise has manufacturing defects or a shipment is received with any merchandise the customer has not ordered. Everyday Is Halloween reserves the right to refuse all returns in the case where the merchandise appears to have been used before having been returned to us.
All exchanges will include a 10% exchange fee. Shipping costs for both the return of the item and re-shipping of the replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization from Everyday Is Halloween as well as an exchange authorization number.
All claims for returns and exchanges must be done within the first 14 days of receiving the item. Special considerations for purchases made in December 2008 are that exhanges will be eligible until Jan.15, 2009.
